Facts About Enzyte - February 5th, 2010

Enzyte is the natural male enhancement product all of us have seen on TV, seen talked about in general terms. They claim that Enzyte will finally help you to get women smiling like smiling Bob. They talk about giving you the results of the flashy teeth and improve penis size. But the question is, does Enzyte actually come through? Does Enzyte really work, or is it just another scam?

They sell through infomercials, which basically means that they are reaching a wider group of consumers, and they are getting you hyped up right now. This being said, the fact is that you should know one major thing to start. Though Enzyte has been around for quite a few years, it has changed ownership, because the owner and his mother were actually put away for fraud. Now it’s a bigger company handling Enzyte. But the fact that it happened in the first place obviously enough does not work out.

Second, they use a “free 10 day trial.” Basically speaking, that means that you are getting a product that they already know doesn’t work. It also means that they already know that they couldn’t make sales were they not to use this, they would not make any sales.

Finally, there is the fact that they talk about actually increasing penis size. Penis size cannot be increased through these methods. Penis size is genetically and biologically determined, and while a sudden decrease in testosterone due to steroid use can shrink the testicles, it does not work the other way around. Unfortunately, the only way to really increase penis size would be to get an implant.

So the question is, does this product work at all? It has some good ingredients. So therefore, it could ideally speaking work. However, it does not actually have the right amounts. Enzyte does not have what you would need for success, and ultimately speaking, it will still cause a number of side effects.

However, there is one product I would recommend using called Orexis. Orexis has all the right ingredients, and it has the right amounts. They sell direct to the consumer through legitimate means, and with Orexis, you will really get what you are looking for.

Running Outside - August 31st, 2009

I personally never walk outside for fitness. I walk outside with my dog.  But there are too many allergens, temperature changes, and so on.  So I do all my running and otherwise workout stuff inside to avoid other problems.  Plus, frankly I like the fact that the treadmill allows me to actually adjust the incline I’m walking at and so on and so forth.  But frankly, wherever you happen to be walking, inside or outside really doesn’t make a huge difference as far as your calorie burning.

Obviously, if you are walking on sand, you are going to burn more calories than if you were walking on sidewalk.  If you are walking uphill you are going to be burning more calories than you would be were you actually walking on a strait mass like a sidewalk.  Things in general are going to be different.  However, the outside or inside is not a factor that controls it.   Other factors such as the type of ground, the incline, and frankly other factors that you can easily replicate or control have a greater presence in actually controlling the problem and helping you to burn more fat and calories in general.
